The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for sifting through and acquiring new leads, following up with leads, qualifying leads, and setting up our closers. You will be responsible for nurturing leads until they are ready to set up a strategy call, nurturing franchise relationships, and will be responsible for other sales duties as needed.
Following up with assigned leads in a timely and professional manner
Prospecting and generating new leads
Properly tracking and following processes relating to a leads journey and status from start to finish
Creating agreements and sending out agreements
Following up on all sent agreements and making sure they are filled out properly and completely
Filling out the proper forms of communication pertaining to new leads
Nurturing any necessary leads and building relationships with contacts that offer the possibility of repeat business
Following proper methods of communication with other Misfit Media employees
Upholding and strictly adhering to Misfit Media’s core values
skills & Experience (required):
Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with leads and co-workers
Ability to quickly learn new computer systems/softwares
You’re a people person – you’re outgoing, social and comfortable working with all kinds of people and personalities in easy and challenging situations alike
You’re a natural leader who has experience driving results within a team
skills & Experience (Preferred):
Sales experience in the restaurant industry preferred
Cold-calling experience is a plus
4 Year College Education or Graduating in the Next 6 months.
Flexible based on experience, plus the opportunity for commission and bonuses.
